Over 16s who live with someone who has a weakened immune system to be prioritised for the vaccine

The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has advised the government to prioritise people for the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine who are over 16 and living with adults who have weakened immune systems, such as those with blood cancer. The JCVI can give advice to all the governments, but only England has so far instructed the NHS to start doing the jabs. We hope that it will also be available soon in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. You can find the official statement here.
